Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Vela Astrology account or app usage at any time.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Vela Astrology app settings. Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing support@velaastrologygroup.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address or account identifier connected to your Vela Astrology account so we can locate your data. We may ask for additional information only to verify the request.
What can be deleted
- Account profile information.
- Birth chart details you provided.
- Saved chat history, journal entries, compatibility inputs, and wellness preferences where stored by us.
- Analytics identifiers where deletion is technically available.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or app store transaction purposes. Subscription and purchase records may also remain with Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or technical limitations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Vela Astrology data does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
